Never let a customer thread go cold.

It reads every new email and ticket, checks the order in Shopify, drafts a reply in your voice, and hands you the ones that need a person.

Try it free for 7 days, on any plan.

Before and after

The inbox at 8:00. The inbox at 8:05.

Five minutes after it starts, every unread thread is read, tagged and answered in your voice. Then the drafts wait for your OK.

Checked first

It looks it up before it writes.

Each draft starts from your Shopify orders and your own policies, and names the document it used. When your docs don't cover a question, it says so and passes the thread to you.

An agent for support

Describe it once. It works the queue all day.

Support triage is an agent built from one sentence. It runs on every new support email, and each reply it drafts waits in Deliveries for your OK.

FAQ

Before you let it near your customers.

Will it reply to customers on its own?

Only if you let it. Replies can stay drafts you approve, and you can loosen that later. In Auto mode it decides when to check with you, and always asks before sending an email. Bypass permissions runs without asking; a few high-risk actions may still check with you.

How does it know our policies?

Add your FAQs, return and warranty policies, product details and past replies as Knowledge. It drafts from those and names the document it used. If they don't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

Which help desks does it work with?

Zendesk, Intercom, Zoho Desk and HubSpot tickets, plus a support inbox in Gmail or Outlook. Shopify and Stripe let it check orders and payments before it writes.

Can it handle refunds?

It can work out and issue a refund in Shopify or Stripe. You choose whether refunds check with you first, and every decision is kept on the record.

Can it answer the phone too?

Yes. With a Praxivara phone number, a phone agent can greet callers, offer a keypad menu, answer from your Knowledge, and email you a summary after each call.

Can the whole support team use it?

Yes. Create a business workspace and invite your team. Each person works on their own seat, and the workspace shares one credit pool and your business details. Team seats are a paid add-on.
