Acceptable Use Policy
The line between good-faith business use and misuse. This policy explains what's allowed, what isn't, and what happens when the rules are broken.
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and is not allowed when you use Praxivara, our websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including the members you invite to your workspace.
This AUP is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. Where this AUP and the Terms address the same subject, both apply and the more specific restriction controls. We may update this AUP from time to time, as described at the end.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and within your workspace — including activity by the teammates you invite, by anyone you allow to access your account, and by the AI assistant and agents you configure and run.
Because the Service can take real actions in the tools you connect, you are responsible for the instructions you give, the permissions you grant, and the outcomes those actions produce. You should review outputs before relying on them, and you must ensure that your use of the Service — and use by anyone in your workspace — complies with this AUP, our Terms, and all applicable laws.
Fair and reasonable use
The Service is intended for legitimate business use, in a normal and good-faith manner. Plans, usage allowances, credits, storage, and rate limits exist so the Service stays fast, reliable, and fairly shared among all customers.
You agree to use the Service reasonably, and not in a way that places an excessive or disproportionate load on our systems, degrades the experience for other customers, or is designed primarily to extract value in a way the Service was not intended for. We may apply technical limits, and we may review or adjust usage that is materially inconsistent with normal use.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service, and may not permit anyone in your workspace to use the Service, to do any of the following:
- Break the law — engage in activity that is unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity, in any applicable jurisdiction.
- Harm or endanger others — threaten, harass, defame, or intimidate others, or use the Service in a way intended to harm, exploit, or endanger any person, including minors.
- Infringe rights — violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any person or entity, or process personal data without a lawful basis or required consent.
- Deceive or defraud — engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive or misleading practices, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Interfere with the Service — disrupt, degrade, overload, or interfere with the Service or the systems, security, or networks that support it, or circumvent any usage, access, or security limit.
- Misuse access — resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or use the Service to build or train a competing product or model.
These are examples, not a complete list. We interpret prohibited use broadly and in good faith to protect our customers, the public, and the Service.
Prohibited content and outputs
You are responsible for the content you submit to the Service, and for the content the Service generates, stores, sends, or publishes at your direction. You may not use the Service in connection with any content that is unlawful, that infringes or violates the rights of others, or that otherwise breaks the law or this policy.
If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, treat it as prohibited and contact us before proceeding.
Messaging, email, and anti-spam
The Service can send messages on your behalf across channels and connected tools, including email, SMS, chat, and voice. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for the recipients you send them to.
You must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, and you must comply with all applicable anti-spam, marketing, telemarketing, consent, and do-not-contact laws. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from recipients, for honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and for maintaining an accurate sender identity. You must not use the Service to evade the filtering, throttling, or rules of any messaging provider or carrier.
Automation, AI, and agents
Praxivara lets you configure AI agents and automations that act on your behalf, on a schedule or in response to events. Everything an agent does is treated as your activity, and you are accountable for it.
You must not use automation, agents, or AI features to do anything prohibited by this AUP — including generating prohibited content, deceiving people about whether they are dealing with automation where disclosure is required, collecting or scraping data in violation of a source's terms, or evading usage limits, security measures, or the policies of any connected service. You must configure agents responsibly and keep meaningful oversight of the actions they are permitted to take.
Security and system integrity
You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service, or of any system, network, or account. This includes:
- accessing, or attempting to access, any account, data, or system you are not authorized to access;
- probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
- circumventing, disabling, or interfering with authentication, rate limits, or other security or usage controls;
- introducing malicious code, or using the Service to distribute it or to attack others; or
- interfering with, or attempting to degrade, the availability or performance of the Service.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us responsibly rather than exploiting it.
Connected services and integrations
When you connect a third-party tool, you authorize the Service to access and act on the data in that tool within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for those connections and for the actions taken through them.
You must comply with the terms of service and acceptable-use policies of every third-party service you connect, and you must not use an integration in a way that violates that service's rules or exceeds the authorization you were given. If a provider you connect prohibits a use, that use is also prohibited here.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP, and we may take any action we consider appropriate to protect our customers, the public, our partners, and the Service. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing or disabling content, restricting or suspending features, throttling usage, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to — or cooperating with — law enforcement or other authorities.
Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately and without prior notice when we believe a violation is severe, ongoing, unlawful, or poses a risk to others or to the Service. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion. A suspension or termination for violating this AUP does not entitle you to a refund and does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP — for example, to send spam, to infringe your rights, or to cause harm — please report it to us at [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate. We take reports seriously and will review them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, in the law, or in the ways the Service is misused. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
