Ashford Bookkeeping turned on reminders in June. Now every late invoice gets the right note on the right day, and nobody has to remember.
- 3 days lateA friendly reminder with the Pay button.
- 14 days lateA firmer note with the statement attached.
- 30 days lateA final notice, and a call on your list.
Every invoice, payment and receipt in its place.
Ask in plain words. It works in your books, your inbox and your sheets, then shows you exactly what it did.
Seven invoices are ready, $7,340 in all, each due Oct 31. They go out from QuickBooks once you say so.
Five of six payments match an open invoice, and I marked them paid in QuickBooks. A $312.00 bank deposit on Oct 15 has no invoice. I left that one for you.
Filed 4 receipts in Larkspur Goods › Receipts › October and added them to the expense sheet. One was a duplicate, so I skipped it.

Describe the chase once. It runs every weekday.
Tell the agent builder what should happen. It writes the plan: what starts it, the apps it uses, each step and what you get back. Change anything in plain words, then turn it on.
It's saved as a draft and won't run until you turn it on.
It works in
QuickBooks,
Xero and
FreshBooks, takes payments through
,
Square and
PayPal, sends from
Gmail or
Outlook, and keeps the log in
Google Sheets.
Connect an app once. The assistant and your agents can both use it.

Does it replace my accountant?
No, it does the busywork. It drafts invoices, sends reminders, matches payments and files receipts. Your accountant still reviews the books.
Which accounting tools does it work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Zoho Books and Wave, plus Stripe, PayPal and Square for payments. It also has its own invoicing in the Workspace, with estimates, recurring invoices, bills, and Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
Will it email my clients without asking?
Only if you let it. In Auto it decides when to check with you, and always asks before sending an email. Manual asks before anything that sends, changes or deletes. Bypass permissions runs without asking, though a few high-risk actions may still check with you.
Can my clients pay online?
Yes. Connect Stripe, PayPal or Square and a Pay button goes on every invoice. The ways a client can pay depend on the provider, such as card or bank transfer.
Can it work with the spreadsheets I already have?
Yes. Attach a spreadsheet or point it at a Google Sheet. It can clean it up, sort it into categories, total it and hand it back as an Excel file.
Is my financial data safe?
Your data stays yours and it's encrypted. You choose which apps it can use, and you can disconnect any of them in one click. See Security for the details.
